●2010

Establishment of seminar entitled “Knowledge Processing

We are planning to utilize and develop previously held colloquiums and conferences to implement the results of the former in the sphere of Education. For that purpose, we are establishing a seminar called “Knowledge Processing”. The goal of this class is to acquire and process the forefronts of contemporary knowledge and use it to conduct a modern and multilateral research of Japanese culture, history, politics, philosophy, industry, technology and others. The classes are planned to be held in the form of omnibus, where the latest results from each sphere of research are presented to the students. The students will have to partake in debates on relevant subjects. With that as a start, in the future we are planning to include this seminar in university master education courses as a Japan related research program.

Organization of study groups, seminars and symposiums

Externally, the result of the researched conducted through the seminars and study groups will be presented as a regular basis. Also, during the year, as a compilation and summary of the ongoing researches, a general symposium for Knowledge Processing will be held. This event will be open for researchers rather than the general audience.
